What is Teralo?
Teralo is a construction management platform designed to streamline communication between project teams and stakeholders. As a Guest user, you have access to view project information shared with you by the project host.
Understanding Your Role
As a Teralo Guest, you've been invited to view and participate in one or more construction projects. Your access is managed by the project host (typically the general contractor, developer, or project manager).
What You Can Do
Depending on the permissions granted to you, as a Guest you may be able to:
- View Project Dashboard: See an overview of project status, weather, and recent activity
- Access Documents: View, download, and annotate project documents including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Track Correspondence: Follow project mail and communications
- View Team Directory: See who else is working on the project
- View Contracts & Procurement: Track contract status, progress claims, and procurement packages
- View Quality & Safety: Access inspection results, incidents, observations, and safety data
- View Site Operations: See induction records, sign-in/sign-out logs, site diary entries, and schedules
- View Submittals: Track submittal reviews and approvals
- View Meetings: Access meeting minutes and action items
- Use AI Chat: Ask questions about the project and get AI-powered answers based on project context
- View Reports: Access shared project reports and dashboards
- View Photos: Browse project photo galleries
What You Cannot Do
Guest accounts have some limitations to ensure project security:
- Create new projects
- Modify organisation settings
