Collaboration Tools

Teralo includes a set of tools for working alongside the rest of the project team. This guide covers AI Chat, Photos, Site Messages and Whiteboards from a guest's point of view.

AI Chat

If you have been granted access, AI Chat lets you ask questions about the project in plain language.

  • Ask questions and the assistant answers using the project data you have permission to see.
  • It can help you carry out actions you already have permission for, asking for your confirmation first.

Because the assistant works within your permissions, it will not show or do anything you could not see or do yourself.

Photos

Photos keeps project images organised into albums.

  • View and download project photos and albums.
  • If granted, upload photos and add captions to record what each image shows.

Managing and deleting albums is handled by the host.

Site Messages

Site Messages are site-wide announcements for the project.

  • Read announcements in the register.
  • See who received each message and when it was published.
  • If granted, create and publish a message to a chosen distribution.

This is a good place to check for project-wide notices that apply to everyone on site.

Whiteboards

Whiteboards are shared spaces for sketching out ideas and marking things up together.

  • View shared whiteboards.
  • If granted edit access, create and draw with shapes, lines, text and images. Changes are saved automatically.

Access can also be granted to a single whiteboard rather than all of them. This can happen automatically when a whiteboard is shared with you through mail, so you can open it straight from the thread.
