Viewing Projects

As a Teralo Guest, you can view project information that has been shared with you by the project host. This guide explains how to access and navigate project details.

Accessing Your Projects

From the Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Teralo account
  2. Your dashboard displays all projects you're a member of
  3. Click on a project card to open it

Understanding Project Status

Projects may show different status indicators:

  • Active: The project is ongoing with regular activity
  • On Hold: Project work is temporarily paused
  • Completed: The project has finished

Project Information

Project Details

Within each project, you can typically view:

  • Project Name and Description: Basic project information
  • Location: Where the construction is taking place
  • Project Type: Residential, commercial, infrastructure, etc.
  • Key Dates: Project timeline and milestones

Team Directory

The Directory shows everyone involved in the project:

  • View team member profiles and contact information
  • See each person's organisation and role
  • Understand who to contact for specific questions

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity feed aggregates updates from across the project:

  • Document uploads and changes
  • Mail correspondence
  • Contract updates
  • Procurement activities
  • Photo uploads

Working with Multiple Projects

If you're invited to multiple projects:

  • Use the project selector to switch between them
  • Each project has its own separate data and team
  • Your permissions may differ between projects

Project Permissions

Your access level is controlled by the permission template assigned to you. If you can't see certain features:

  • Contact your project host to discuss access
  • Some features are only available to host organisations
  • Permissions can be updated at any time by the project administrator

Staying Updated

Email Notifications

Receive updates about project activity via email:

  1. Go to Settings > Account > Preferences
  2. Configure which notifications you want to receive
  3. Set notification frequency

Open Items

Check the Open Items section regularly to see:

  • Documents pending your review
  • Mail awaiting response
  • Outstanding tasks assigned to you
