Simple transparent pricing

When you create a project, you declare its anticipated total value. Above your included allowance, Teralo charges 0.005% per month of your combined active project values - $50 a month for every $1M. Projects running a year or more count only their annualised share, so a $30M job scheduled over three years counts as $10M, not $30M. The fee is calculated as the daily average over each billing month, so if you add a new project mid-month, that month is prorated. Completed or archived projects don't count toward your active total.

You pay a flat base fee plus a single usage-based charge on active project value above your included allowance. Storage and SMS are unlimited and not metered (subject to fair use). Project value is calculated as a daily average over each billing month, not peak usage, so temporary spikes won't dramatically impact your bill. Everyone you invite to your projects collaborates free.

No. Everyone you invite to your projects collaborates at no cost: they can create and respond to mail, submit claims and tenders, participate in safety and quality workflows, contribute to the site diary, and more. Only the organisation that creates and hosts projects pays. Most subcontractors and suppliers never pay a cent.

Pricing is per organisation, not per user. Add unlimited users at no extra cost. Each organisation has its own subscription, storage quota, and project value allowance. Users can create and join multiple organisations. For example, you might run your own projects in one organisation and be invited to collaborate on several others. Only organisations that host projects are billed.

Yes. Every account includes unlimited file storage for documents, photos, and site records, with no per-GB charges. This is subject to our fair use policy to prevent abuse, but normal project usage will never incur a storage fee.

Yes. SMS notifications for site sign-ins, induction reminders, and other alerts are unlimited at no extra cost, subject to our fair use policy. There is no per-message charge.

Yes. You can configure a spend cap in billing settings. You'll receive email notifications at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your cap. Once the cap is reached, you'll be prompted before adding active project value that would take you over the limit, so there are never any surprises on your bill.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Your project documents, contracts, and correspondence remain confidential: we share data only with the service providers needed to run Teralo (such as hosting and payment processing), as described in our Privacy Policy, and we never sell it.

Yes. Create unlimited projects at no extra base cost. Each project maintains its own mail, documents, contracts, procurement, safety, site operations, quality workflows, and team members. You can switch between projects easily from your dashboard.

Every subscription includes AI chat with a limit of 50 messages per user per day. The limit resets daily at midnight UTC. AI chat is available across all your projects and can help with document queries, contract analysis, and project insights.

Yes. Teralo has native mobile apps for iOS and Android. Capture site photos, review documents, approve claims, and communicate with your team from anywhere on the job site.
