Simple, transparent pricing

When you create a project, you declare its anticipated total value. Teralo charges 0.05% per year of your combined active project values, billed monthly. The fee is calculated as the daily average over each billing month — so if you add a new project mid-month, that month is prorated. Completed or archived projects don't count toward your active total. HOST accounts include a project value allowance (varies by currency) before any overage applies.

You pay a base fee plus usage-based charges for storage, SMS, and project value that exceed your included amounts. Storage and project value usage is calculated based on daily averages, not peak usage, so temporary spikes won't dramatically impact your bill. SMS is charged per message sent beyond your included allowance.

GUEST accounts can join and contribute to projects hosted by others at no base cost — create and respond to mail, submit claims and tenders, participate in safety and quality workflows, contribute to site diary, and more. HOST accounts can create and manage their own projects with full access to all nine module categories: mail, directory, documents, procurement, contracts, safety, site operations, quality, and intelligence. Most subcontractors and suppliers use GUEST accounts.

Pricing is per organisation, not per user. Add unlimited users at no extra cost. Each organisation has its own plan, storage quota, and project value allowance. Users can create and join multiple organisations — for example, you might HOST one organisation for your own projects and be a GUEST on several others. Each organisation is billed independently.

Storage overage is charged per GB per month (rates vary by currency). GUEST accounts without a payment method are blocked from uploading once they exceed 10GB. You can monitor your usage and set up alerts in billing settings.

Each plan includes SMS notifications — 100 for GUEST, 300 for HOST. SMS is used for site sign-in notifications, induction reminders, and other alerts. Messages sent beyond your included allowance are charged per SMS at rates that vary by currency. You can monitor SMS usage in your billing settings.

Yes. HOST accounts can configure spend caps in billing settings. You'll receive email notifications at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your cap. Once the cap is reached, uploads are paused until the next billing cycle or you increase the limit.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. Your project documents, contracts, and correspondence remain confidential and are never shared with third parties.

Yes. HOST accounts can create unlimited projects. Each project maintains its own mail, documents, contracts, procurement, safety, site operations, quality workflows, and team members. You can switch between projects easily from your dashboard.

HOST accounts include AI chat with a limit of 50 messages per user per day. The limit resets daily at midnight UTC. AI chat is available across all your projects and can help with document queries, contract analysis, and project insights.

Yes. Teralo has native mobile apps for iOS and Android. Capture site photos, review documents, approve claims, and communicate with your team from anywhere on the job site.
