Notifications & Account Settings

Manage your profile, security and notification preferences so Teralo works the way you want. These settings live in your account and follow you across every project and organisation.

Your Profile

Keep your details up to date in your account profile. You can update your:

  • First and last name
  • Job title
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Avatar

A profile-completion prompt may appear on your dashboard until your details are filled in. Completing your profile helps others on the project recognise you and reach you when needed.

Security

You can manage how you sign in from your account security settings. From here you can:

  • Change your password
  • Link or unlink Google, Microsoft or Apple sign-in
  • Manage mobile device sign-in

Reviewing these settings now and then is a good habit, especially if you change devices.

Notification Preferences

From your account preferences you decide what Teralo tells you about, and how. You can turn email and in-app notifications on or off per module and per event — for example, an observation raised, an observation resolved, or a booking approved. This lets you stay close to what matters and quieten the rest.

A few notifications are essential and cannot be turned off:

  • Workflow actions that require your response
  • Billing
  • Direct mentions

You can also choose whether your notification emails include attachments, which is handy if you prefer lighter emails or want everything in one place.

Dashboard Preference

Choose how your projects are displayed so your landing page suits the way you work. The available views are:

  • List view
  • Tile view
  • Detailed view
  • Map view
