AI Chat

Teralo includes an AI-powered chat assistant to help you find information and work more efficiently.

Starting a Conversation

  1. Go to Project > AI Chat
  2. Start a new conversation or continue an existing one
  3. Ask questions about your project, documents, or processes
  4. The AI assistant can help with:
    • Finding specific documents or information
    • Answering questions about project data
    • Summarising activity or status
    • General construction management queries

Conversation Management

  • Create multiple conversations for different topics
  • Add participants to conversations
  • View conversation history
  • Tool calling with approval workflow for actions

Whiteboards

Shared whiteboards provide a collaborative sketching space for your project team.

Creating a Whiteboard

  1. Go to Project > Whiteboard (or Organisation > Whiteboard)
  2. Click Create Whiteboard
  3. Name your whiteboard
  4. Start sketching and collaborating

Whiteboard Features

Whiteboards support:

  • Freehand drawing
  • Shapes and lines
  • Text annotations
  • Image embedding
  • Pan and zoom navigation
  • Real-time collaboration

Access Control

Manage who can view and edit whiteboards:

  • View Access: Can see the whiteboard but not edit
  • Edit Access: Can modify the whiteboard content
  • Set access per whiteboard for fine-grained control

Site Messages

Broadcast announcements and notifications to your project team.

Creating a Site Message

  1. Go to Project > Site Messages
  2. Click Create Message
  3. Enter message details:
    • Title: Message heading
    • Content: The announcement or notification
    • Priority: Importance level
  4. Publish the message

Viewing Messages

  • Team members see site messages in the project
  • Messages appear in the project activity feed
  • View, edit, or remove published messages

Photos

Manage project photos for progress documentation, reporting, and communication.

Uploading Photos

  1. Go to Project > Photos
  2. Upload photos from your device
  3. Photos are stored in the project gallery
  4. Add captions and descriptions

Photo Features

  • Gallery View: Browse all project photos
  • Date Organisation: Photos are organised chronologically
  • Captions: Add descriptions to document what each photo shows
  • Mobile Capture: Take photos directly from the mobile app with automatic timestamp and location data
