Understanding Teralo Plans

Teralo offers different plans based on your needs:

Host Plans

For organisations that host and manage projects:

  • Pro Host: Percentage-based pricing on annual construction volume
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing for large organisations

Host plans include:

  • Unlimited projects
  • Full feature access
  • Priority support
  • Custom integrations (Enterprise)

Guest Plans

For organisations that participate in projects as guests:

  • Guest: Storage-based pricing
  • Large Guest: Higher storage limits

Guest plans include:

  • Access to invited projects
  • Document viewing and download
  • Mail and correspondence features

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to Organisation > Billing
  2. View your current plan details:
    • Plan name
    • Billing period
    • Current usage
    • Next billing date

Changing Plans

To upgrade or change your plan:

  1. Go to Organisation > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Review pricing changes
  5. Confirm the change

Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Payment Methods

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Go to Organisation > Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Enter card details or bank account information
  4. Save the payment method

Managing Payment Methods

  • Set a default payment method for automatic billing
  • Remove outdated payment methods
  • Update expiring cards before they expire

Accepted Payment Methods

Teralo accepts:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Bank transfers (Enterprise plans)

Usage & Billing

Tracking Usage

Monitor your usage:

  1. Go to Organisation > Billing
  2. View the Usage section
  3. See breakdowns by:
    • Storage used
    • Active projects
    • Team members

Invoices

Access your billing history:

  1. Go to Organisation > Billing > Invoices
  2. View past invoices
  3. Download PDF invoices for your records

Billing Notifications

Receive notifications about:

  • Upcoming payments
  • Successful payments
  • Payment failures
  • Usage approaching limits

Tax Information

Tax Settings

Configure tax settings for your organisation:

  1. Go to Organisation > Tools > Tax Rates
  2. Set your default tax rate (e.g., GST 10%)
  3. Configure tax-exempt status if applicable

Tax Invoices

All invoices include:

  • Your organisation's business number
  • Teralo's business details
  • GST breakdown (where applicable)

Common Questions

When will I be charged?

Billing occurs at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

What happens if payment fails?

We'll notify you and retry the payment. If payment cannot be processed, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Do you offer refunds?
