Packaging work, inviting prices, comparing them, and awarding. Procurement replaces the folder of tender PDFs, the comparison spreadsheet you rebuild every package, and the email chain with every bidder.
The package register
Every trade package on the job with its status and its workflow state, so the whole pipeline reads at a glance: out to tender, under recommendation, awarded, executed. Two other views sit alongside it. Timeline lays the packages against their milestones with traffic lights for what is late, and Coverage rolls procurement up against the cost plan so you can see how much spend is locked in.
Scope and schedule
What bidders price lives in the package: scope documents as revisions or authored in the built-in editor, and a schedule of values built in a spreadsheet-style workspace. Change the schedule after bids are in and Teralo shows you which priced lines the change affects before you publish, flags them in the comparison, and can ask just those tenderers to re-price.
Inviting tenderers
Two kinds. Internal tenderers are organisations already in Teralo. External tenderers need nothing but an email address: they get a secure link to a portal where they can read the scope, download the documents, and submit a price without an account.
Levelling and award
Submissions land in a levelling grid with the schedule frozen down the left and one column group per tenderer. It behaves like a spreadsheet, and every adjustment is versioned, so the original submission is never overwritten. Once the numbers are level, the recommendation goes through its own approval, award notifies everyone, and the executed package copies across into the contract register pre-filled.
A note for guests
Procurement is a host tool and never appears in a guest sidebar. Invited organisations respond from Tenders in their own organisation's workspace, and nobody ever sees a competitor's price.
