Getting in for the first time, and reading the screen you land on.
Signing in
You reach Teralo at app.teralo.co in any modern browser. If someone invited you, the invitation email is the fastest way in: it takes you to the sign-up form, and once you set a password you land directly in their project rather than in an empty account. Two-factor authentication is available on your profile and worth turning on before you have anything worth protecting.
The dashboard
The project dashboard is a grid of widgets you build yourself: what is waiting on you, what is overdue, the last documents issued, the claims in flight. It is not a fixed report, so if a widget is not telling you anything useful, replace it. A brand new account has no organisation yet, which is why the first screen can look empty; creating or joining one fills it.
Moving between projects
The switcher at the top of the sidebar moves you between the projects you are on, and between a project and your organisation's own workspace. Those are two different levels with two different sidebars, which the next lesson covers.
Getting Started checklists
At the bottom of the sidebar are the Getting Started pills, one for your profile, one for your organisation, one for the project. Each is a short list of what is worth setting up next, and each item links to a help article. When a list is finished, its pill retires itself.
