What you will learn

• A live run
  Open a progress claim partway through approval and read its run as a strip of chips across the record.

• Templates and runs
  Each run follows a template bound to the record's tool, type or contract, or chosen when a procurement record is submitted.

• Where workflows live
  Open the Workflows tab in a tool's settings, at organisation and at project level.

• Tools without a workflow
  Tools such as Documents, Mail, Meetings, Site Messages, Photos, Program, Injuries, Locations and Estimating have no workflow.
