Templates, copies and binding

What you will learn

• Organisation templates
  Open a tool's Workflows tab in Tools at organisation level, and select Add Workflow to describe a template or start one from scratch.

• Project copies
  Switch an organisation template Active on a project's Workflows tab, select Create project copy, and add approvers to each block for specific people.

• Bind a template to a tool
  Bind a template in a contract's Settings, in an incident type's dialog, or on the card at the top of a tool's Workflows tab.

• Lock an organisation default
  Switch on Locked on the organisation's workflow card and select Save, and each project's card shows Locked by organisation.
