Your organisation is your company inside Teralo. It holds your subscription, your people, your templates and your standards, and it owns the projects you run. Nothing in Teralo floats free of an organisation.
A project is where the work happens
A project is one job: an address, a contract value, a set of dates, and a set of tools switched on for it. Most of what you do day to day happens inside a project, and each project keeps its own records.
Hosts and guests
The organisation that owns the project is the host. Every other company on the job, the client, the engineer, the subcontractors, joins as a guest. Guests do not pay, do not administer anything, and see only the tools the host has granted them. That single distinction explains most of what people find surprising about the product later.
The tools
Around forty tools, grouped the way a construction business is: Project Management, Contract Management, Quality and Safety, Resource Management. They all share the same register screen, the same permissions and the same approval engine, so learning the second tool takes a fraction of the time the first one did.
