My Items sits at the top of the project sidebar with a badge counting what actually needs your action, not everything you are vaguely involved in. Instead of patrolling every register, you open one page and work down it. Each row says what the item is, which module it came from, and why it is in front of you: approver, reviewer, assignee, or the signature that is missing.
Filtering by module
The coverage is wide: bookings, contracts, inductions, inspections, mail, meetings, method statements, observations, permits, procurement, site diary, submittals and timesheets, each filter carrying its own count so you can see where the pile is.
Contract approvals live here
Worth committing to memory: contract claim approvals appear only in My Items. There is no separate approvals page inside the Contracts tool. The item shows the whole chain, so a claim where it is genuinely your turn looks different from one merely heading your way.
Notifications
Teralo also pushes: in-app notifications, and email for the things that matter. What you receive is yours to tune in your notification settings, and the right setup is the one that leaves you confident that not opening Teralo for a day is safe. Nothing waiting on you is ever only in an email, though: the record is the source of truth, and My Items is its index.
