Contract Execution

Signing an awarded package electronically and copying it to the Contracts register.

What you will learn

  • What is Contract Execution
    Open a package's Contract Execution tab, which opens once its recommendation is approved.

  • Create a signing envelope
    Select Create signing envelope, choose the routing and assemble or upload the contract PDF.

  • Add recipients and place fields
    Add each signer with an identity check, place their fields on the document and select Save layout.

  • Send, sign and copy to the register
    Select Send for signing, follow each signature and select Copy to Contract Register.
