Raising, pricing and approving a variation, and its effect on the contract sum.

What you will learn

  • Raise and price a variation
    Select New Variation on a contract's Variations tab, enter a title and add priced items.

  • Submit and approve a variation
    Select Submit for approval and respond to the Review variation step.

  • See the effect on the contract sum
    Open Contract Details to see the variation in the Total Contract Value.
