What you will learn

• What is an observation
  Open the register to see each observation's type, priority, status and assignee.

• Raise an observation
  Select New Observation, set the assignee and due date, add evidence photos and select Save & Raise.

• Fix and verify an observation
  Follow Start work, Rectify, Verify and Close out, adding resolution photos and notes.

• Reject a fix
  Reject a rectification with a note and see the observation return to Assigned.
