What is Teralo?
Teralo is a construction management platform that helps project teams communicate and collaborate more effectively. It provides tools for document management, correspondence tracking, contract administration, and stakeholder communication.
What's the difference between a Guest and a Host?
Host accounts are for organisations that create and manage projects. Hosts can:
- Create new projects
- Manage organisation settings and branding
- Invite team members and guests
- Control billing and subscriptions
- Configure permissions and templates
Guest accounts are for organisations that participate in projects created by others. Guests can:
- View projects they're invited to
- Access documents and correspondence
- Participate based on their assigned permissions
- Cannot create their own projects
How do I create an account?
There are two ways to join Teralo:
- From an invitation: Click the link in your invitation email and follow the sign-up process
- Direct sign-up: Visit teralo.co, click Sign Up, and choose your account type
After creating your account, complete your profile and verify your email address.
I didn't receive my invitation email. What should I do?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Search for emails from "teralo" or the person who invited you
- Ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation
- Contact them to verify they used the correct email address
- If issues persist, contact Teralo support
How do I switch between projects?
Click on the organisation/project selector in the top navigation bar. This shows all organisations you're a member of and their projects. Click on any project to switch to it.
Can I be part of multiple projects?
Yes! You can be a member of multiple projects across different organisations. Your personal dashboard shows all projects you have access to.
What devices can I use Teralo on?
Teralo is accessible on:
- Web browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge (desktop and mobile)
- Desktop app: Available for macOS and Windows
- Mobile: Web app works on mobile devices
Is my data secure?
Yes. Teralo uses industry-standard security practices including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS)
- Secure cloud infrastructure
- Regular security audits
- Role-based access control
- Audit logging
