Teralo protects its trademarks, logos, and brand assets globally. The company permits third parties—including partners, media, and developers—to reference these marks under specific conditions.
Registered Trademarks:
- Teralo™ (Australia)
Permitted Uses
- Use "Teralo" as an adjective describing products or services (e.g., "Teralo construction project management software")
- Reference Teralo when discussing products and services, provided it's clear Teralo doesn't endorse your work
- Describe offerings as "built with Teralo," "integrated with Teralo," or "Powered by Teralo" if you're an official customer or partner
- Use trademarks in media coverage, educational materials, and technical documentation with proper attribution
Prohibited Uses
- Modify logos or trademarks in color, proportion, or design
- Suggest sponsorship or endorsement without explicit permission
- Register domain names, business names, or products using "Teralo" or variations
- Use logos on merchandise or promotional items without written approval
- Misrepresent the brand or confuse users about your relationship with Teralo
Proper Attribution
Australia: Use ™ symbol; include statement: "Teralo is a trademark of Teralo Co Pty Ltd"
Marketing materials: Include copyright notice (minimum 7pt font): "Copyright 20XX Teralo Co Pty Ltd"
Screenshot Use
Allowed: Educational, instructional, and informational purposes with attribution: "Screenshot reprinted courtesy of Teralo.co"
Avoid: Altering (except resizing), claiming authorship, including personally identifiable information, or misrepresenting the software as your own
Compliance & Enforcement
- Guidelines may be updated anytime
- Teralo reserves the right to determine violations
- Users must cease use within 7 days of receiving a discontinuation request
- Teralo retains full ownership; permitted use grants no ownership rights
